Nutrition Coach – Return & Cancellation Policy
All diet plans offered by Nutrition Coach are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations
• You may cancel your plan within 24 hours of purchase, only if your initial consultation/counselling call has not yet taken place.
• Once the first counselling call is completed, the plan cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
Freezing / Pausing Plans
• Monthly plans cannot be frozen. It is recommended to complete them in continuity for best results.
• 3-month plans may be frozen once for a maximum of 14 days, to be used in one stretch.
• Freezing is only considered in the case of genuine emergencies.
Exceptional Cases
• In case of illness, emergency, or unavoidable situations, we encourage you to communicate with us.
• A suitable solution will be discussed, and the decision will be at the sole discretion of Nutrition Coach based on the situation.
General Terms
• Results vary for each individual based on age, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence.
• Clients are encouraged to stay consistent and maintain regular communication for best outcomes.
• By enrolling, you confirm that you understand the program format, limitations, and non-refundable nature of the services.
