With an unparalleled experience of over a decade of changing the way people eat and inculcating healthy eating habits, Ms. Monica Malik, our Nutrition Coach has been practicing the art of educating, guiding and providing a balanced, nourishing and therapeutic diet that heal the mind and body.
Earlier, she has taught nutrition in premier colleges across Haryana as well as in Government Home Science College, Chandigarh for over 30 years. During her academic career, she has trained over 40 researchers, published in internationally acclaimed journals, and co-authored a book on diabetes- ‘Type 2 Diabetes: Quality of Life and Mode of Medication’.
She speaks widely about the dietary needs, public health, lifestyle, nutrition and wellness to audiences at various national and international platforms.
Her basic philosophy is:
